On November 19th, the Shaanxi Folk Literature and Art Copyright Protection and Trading Platform was officially launched. It is understood that this platform is guided by the Shaanxi Provincial Copyright Bureau and is constructed and operated by the Western National Copyright Trading Center of Shaanxi Cultural Investment Group. The platform takes folk literature and art content as the precursor, digital copyright resources as the support, and technology as the driving force to conduct differentiated operations on copyrights, forming a four-in-one platform construction framework to achieve the purpose of industrial transformation. As a pioneer in the transformation practice of "folk literature and art + digitalization", the Shaanxi Folk Literature and Art Copyright Protection and Trading Platform has a simple interface and clear logic. It conducts categorized data collection on uploaded folk literature and art works, forms a folk literature and art database with standardized copyrights and scientific classification, and realizes the digitalization of the copyright resources of folk literature and art works. Through the integration of technical resources of "database + large model", it promotes the transformation of the copyright resources of folk literature and art works into digital assets and the IPization of assets in fields such as game implantation, digital collections, and offline experiences. The platform will continuously promote the expansion and extension of folk literature and art copyright resources to different industrial fields and eventually develop into IP brand assets that can be operated industrially.
